| 摘 要： | 妊娠期铁缺乏(Iron Deficiency,ID)和缺铁性贫血(Iron Deficiency Anemia,IDA)是近年产科研究的热点之一。本文综述了近年来国内外文献,概括妊娠期铁缺乏和缺铁性贫血的流行现状,探讨铁缺乏和缺铁性贫血对孕妇和妊娠结局的影响,以及近年来动物实验中铁缺乏和缺铁性贫血对子代的影响。 |

| Abstract: | Iron deficiency and iron deficiency anemia is one of the hot spots in obstetrics recently.This article reviews the domestic and foreign literature in recent years.The current status of iron deficiency and iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy was summarized.Then we discussed the effects of iron deficiency and iron deficiency anemia in pregnant women,the pregnancy outcome and the effects of iron deficiency and iron deficiency anemia in animal experiments in recent years. |
