大学生完美主义与抑郁:情绪调节方式的中介作用

目的 探讨完美主义、情绪调节方式与抑郁之间的关系。方法 采用中文版Frost多维度完美主义量表(CFMPS)、情绪调节方式问卷(ERQ)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对250名大学生进行施测。结果 (1)大学生完美主义、情绪调节方式与抑郁三者之间相关显著( P均小于0.05);(2)正负性情绪增强型调节方式分别在大学生适应完美主义和抑郁之间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的比值为18.2%和31.8%;(3)正性情绪减弱型、负性情绪增强型调节方式在大学生适应不良完美主义和抑郁之间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的比值为7.1%和31.0%。结论 完美主义对抑郁情绪的作用部分通过情绪调节方式来实现。此结论将为适应不良完美主义者的抑郁情绪干预提供新视角。

Association of perfectionism and depression in a sample of college students:the mediating role of emotion regulation mode

Objective To explore the relationship among perfectionism,emotion regulation mode and depression in a sample of college students. Methods The questionnaire including the Chinese version of Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale (CFMPS),Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ) and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) was administrated among 250 college students. Results ①The correlations between perfectionism,emotion regulation mode and depression were significant (P<0.05). ②The effect of adaptive perfectionism on depression was partially mediated by both negative and positive emotion enhanced regulation mode,and the rations of their moderation effect to total effect were 18.2% and 31.8%,respectively. ③The effect of maladaptive perfectionism on depression was partially mediated by positive emotion wreaked regulation mode and negative emotion enhanced regulation mode,and the rations of their moderation effect to total effect were 7.1% and 31%,respectively. Conclusion The effect of perfectionism on depression is partially mediated by emotion regulation model. This will provide a new perspective on depression intervention for maladaptive perfectionists.
