摘    要:
目的 探讨脂浊浊度对速率散射比浊法测定血清C反应蛋白(CRP)的干扰分析。 方法 依据美国临床实验室标准化委员会(CLSI)的EP7-A2文件,进行干扰筛选、剂量效应分析以及应用高速离心法处理标本后对是否可消除脂浊对CRP的干扰进行分析。 结果 不同程度的脂浊对速率散射比浊法均有一定的干扰,干扰筛选实验结果表明脂浊在1 000浊度时对速率散射比浊法测定CRP有负干扰。剂量效应回归分析实验结果表明,脂浊在1 000-4 000浊度时,分析物浓度水平的剂量效应回归方程均为一次线性负干扰。高速离心处理标本后可消除脂浊对CRP的干扰。 结论 脂浊对速率散射比浊法测定血清CRP有一定的干扰,采取高速离心法处理标本后可消除轻度脂浊对CRP检测的干扰。当脂浊浊度大于1 000浊度时应同时进行甘油三酯检测,利用回归方程对CRP结果进行校正,确保结果准确。

Abstract:
Objective To study the interference of lipid turbidity on serum CRP detection by rate scattering turbidimetry. Methods Interference filter and dose effect analysis were analyzed according to the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) EP7-2A file. And it is also analyzed that whether it can eliminate the interference on the determination of CRP though ultracentrifugation. Results The different levels of lipid turbidity have certain interferences on serum CRP detection by rate scattering turbidimetry. Lipid turbidity with 1 000 turbidity presents a negative interference effect on CRP by rate scattering turbidimetry. The dosage effect testing showed that Lipid turbidity with 1 000-4 000 turbidity imposed a linear negative effect on CRP. The interference of lipid turbidity on CRP determination was eliminated by ultracentrifugation. Conclusion Lipid turbidity have certain interference on serum CRP determination by rate scattering turbidimetry. The interference of lipid turbidity on CRP determination can be eliminated by ultracentrifugation. Triglyceride testing should be made to lipid turbidity samples with >1 000 turbidity and then CRP testing results should be corrected according to the linear model,in order to ensure the accuracy of results.
