| 摘 要： | 目的了解成都市各区县医院病床利用效率变动趋势。方法采用秩和比法对成都市14个区县医院2003—2008年病床利用效率指标进行综合评价。结果（1）2003—2008年各区县医院病床利用效率得到明显提升（P〈0．05）。（2）平均病床使用率和平均病床周转次提高，但出院者平均住院日有所延长（P值均〈0．05）。结论成都市县级医院的配置以及建设规模与当地农村医疗卫生服务的需求相适应，其绩效得到明显提高。 |
