| 摘 要： | 目的分析比较妇女绝经期前后子宫内膜癌的临床与病理特点,为临床治疗提供理论依据。方法本院2005年1月至2010年12月经病理确诊、住院治疗且有完整资料的子宫内膜癌68例,其中绝经组34例,未绝经组34例,对其临床和病理特点进行分析。结果未绝经组子宫内膜样腺癌的比例较高,病理分期未绝经组的I期比例较低,但2组差异无统计学意义;未绝经组患者特殊病理类型较少,组织分级低,Gl级所占比例较高,肌层浸润深度较低,宫颈受累较少,5年生存率明显高于绝经组,差异有统计学意义。结论绝经前子宫内膜癌组织分级低,深肌层浸润少见,预后较好,生存率高。
