| 摘 要： | 目的探讨广州市2009年学校甲型H1N1流感暴发疫情流行特征及采取的防制措施,为控制其暴发提供科学依据。方法对广州市2009年发生并经实验室确诊的甲型H1N1流感暴发疫情的现场调查资料进行统计分析。结果 2009年广州市共报告学校甲型H1N1流感暴发疫情196起,其中小学114起,占疫情总数的58.16%。累计报告流感样病例6 548人,涉及305 977人,罹患率介于0.02%～36.51%。9-11月为发病高峰,共报告175起,占全年疫情的89.29%。首发病例到报告的时间与罹患率相关系数为0.268。结论 2009年广州市学校甲型H1N1流感活跃程度高,中小学校为疫情的高发场所,应加强监控。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the prevalence of influenza A(H1N1)in schools in Guangzhou,and to provide the scientific basis for the control of outbreaks by analyzing the epidemiological characteristics and control illness measures.Methods A field survey of the outbreaks of the influenza A(H1N1) was conducted to test the specimens of throat swab.Results There were 196 outbreaks and 6 548 cases of influenza A(H1N1) were reported in schools in Guangzhou in 2009.The attack rate was between 0.02% to 36.51%.The outbr... |
