臭氧与胶原酶联合注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症534例临床疗效观察

目的观察X线导向下臭氧与胶原酶联合注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效及安全性。方法2005年．2009年治疗腰突症患者550例，5组患者均在X线导向下进行介入治疗，椎间盘盘内50-60μg/mL的臭氧5。15mL，盘外注入胶原酶600-1,800U。结果远期随访l-2年以上，观察其疗效。2005年-2009年优良率分别为：95．1％，89．5％，92．7％，92．8％。89．1％，X^2=4．11，P〉O．05，差别不显著。结论臭氧与胶原酶联合注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症，损伤小、手术时间短、安全、无并发症。优良率为91．4％，有效率为98．7％。

Treatment of Lumbar Disk Herniation Combined Injection of Ozone and Collagenase

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of combined injection of ozone and collage- nase for the treatment of lumbar disk herniation（LDH）.Methods 550 patients with LDH were divided into five groups in 2005 - 2009 years.All patients were required in X-ray guiding.Patients were injected with 5 - 15mL of ozone（50 - 60 μ g/mL） in disc tray, and then with 600- 1,800U of collagenase outside the disc tray.Results After the operation, all patients were followed up long-term（1 - 2 years）,and observed effects.Good rate were separate in 2005 -2009：95.1%,89.5%,92.7%,92.8%,89.1%.No significant difference（x2=4.11,P〉0.05）.Conclusion Combined injection of ozone and collagenase for the trearment of LDH is of certain effect, easy operation, safety, no complica- tions.Cure rate 91.4%,efficient 98.7%.
