| 摘 要： | 目的探讨左侧迷走神经低强度刺激(LL-LVS)对心房颤动(简称房颤)的影响。方法 10只犬以戊巴比妥钠麻醉,6只用50%阈值(TH)行LL-LVS。TH的定义:引起窦性心律或者房室传导减慢的最低电压值。4只不给予LL-LVS作为对照。在心房、心耳及肺静脉处放置多极电极导管,在基础起搏条件下,依次在各部位心肌不应期内发放40ms的高频刺激(200 Hz,0.1 ms脉宽)并测定诱发房颤所需最低电压(房颤阈值)。试验3 h,每1 h测定1次。结果给予6只犬3 h的LL-LVS,心房及肺静脉各部位房颤阈值显著增加(P均<0.05),对照组房颤阈值无变化。结论 LL-LVS可明显抑制房颤的诱发性。 |
