用标准血液涂片对血液分析仪异常结果复检

目的用标准血液涂片对血液分析仪异常结果复检，建立血液分析仪血细胞显微镜复检标准，提高血细胞分析结果准确性。方法应用推片的角度固定在18。，血液的量固定在5μL，制作出标准的血液涂片。进行血细胞显微镜复检。通过对l，100份标本结果的数据分析，评价该标准的可行性和可靠性。结果仪器检测有30．1％的血液分析标本需要复查。血细胞分析仪与显微镜复检结果具有一定差异，仪器不能完全代替显微镜涂片检查，尤其是用标准血液涂片进行镜检更佳。普通血涂片和标准血涂片比较，幼稚细胞、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞P〈0．0l，有显著性差异。结论制定血细胞显微镜复检标准，用推片的角度固定在18。血液的量固定在5μL，制作出标准的血液涂片。更有利于提高血细胞检查准确性，在疾病的临床诊断和治疗中具有重要价值。

Using Standard Blood Smears to Re-examine the Abnormal Results of Hematology Analyzer

Objective Using standard blood smears to re-examine the abnormal results of hematology analyzer, and to establish the re-examination standard for blood cell microscopy of hematology analyzer to improve the accuracy of the blood analysis results. Method Using the pushing slide which the angle is fixed on 18° and blood volume is fixed on 5 μ L to make standard blood smear, and re-examine blood cells with microscopy.Through analyzing the data results of 1,100 specimens,evaluate the feasibility and reliability of the standard. Result 30.1% of the instrument detects of the samples need to be. reviewed.Hematology analyzer have certain differences with the microscope review, the instrument cannot replace microscopic smear examination. Especially, using the standard blood smears is much better.Compared with normal blood smear, the standard blood smear＇s immature cells,neutrophils,lymphocytes and mononuclear cells（P〈0.0 1） are significantly different. Conclusion Developing the re-examination standard for blood cell microscopy, with the pushing slide which the angle is fixed on 18° and blood volume is fixed on 5 μ L to make standard blood smear, can better improve the accuracy of blood cell examine.The standard has great value in disease diagnosis and treatment.
