苏州吴江黎里地区人群肺结核调查中延诊的预防分析

目的 探讨苏州吴江黎里地区人群肺结核调查延诊的预防分析。方法以人口比较集中的街区为单位,2005年,2006年,2007年,2008年,2009年和2010年分别调查了2,801人,2,932人,2,876人,2,846人,1,998人和2,188人合计15,641人。结果在调查的15,641人中发现125例新发肺结核病人,主动发现45例,占36．0％;被动发现52例．占41．6％,病人延诊16例占12．8％和医师延诊12例占9．6％,以被动发现为主。结论以预防宣教为先,认真做好胸部X线片和痰涂工作是肺结核早发现、早干预和早治疗的有效措施。

The Prevention Analysis of Pulmonary Tuberculosis in the Investigation of Delayed Diagnosis in Suzhou Wujiang Lili Area People

Objective To explore prevention analysis of pulmonary tuberculosis investigation in delayed diagnosis in Suzhou Wujiang Lili area people.Methods We have investigated 15,641 people（including 2005 year 2,801 people,2006 year 2,932 people,2007 year 2,876 people,2008 year 2,846 people,2009 year 1,998 people,20 l0 year 2,188 people,arerage 2607 ＋ 126 people）in people concentrated community.Results In the investigation of 15,641 people,we found 125 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,including active finding 45 cases（36.0%）,passive finding 52 cases（41.6%）,patients delayed diagnosis 16 cases（12.8%）,doctor delayed diagnosis 12 cases（9.6%）.The passive finding was primary finding.Conclusion For early finding, early prevention and early therapy of pulmonary tuberculosis,we should give eduction,chest X-ray diagnosis and tuberculosis sputum smear works.This was a helpful step.
