单用新伤药与新伤药和一清胶囊联用治疗急性软组织损伤的疗效对比

目的单用新伤药与新伤药和一清胶囊联用治疗急性软组织损伤的疗效对比。方法选择早期急性软组织损伤病例40例,分实验组与对照组,分别使用新伤药和一清胶囊联用与单用新伤药。观察用药后疼痛、肿胀、压痛、功能状况、临床疗效以及药物止痛起效时间与持续时间。结果新伤药和一清胶囊联用在疼痛与肿胀方面与单用新伤药相比有显著差异。临床显效率新伤药和一清胶囊联用为95%。结论新伤药联用一清胶囊对急性软组织损伤在缓解疼痛与肿胀方面效果优。
