SF-36量表在糖尿病患者生命质量评价中的应用

目的:用SF-36量表对糖尿病患者生命质量进行评价,探讨促使病情加重的可能危险因素,为今后进一步开展干预研究奠定基础.方法:在成都市成华区小龙桥社区收集糖尿病患者167人,对患者进行一般情况以及SF-36量表的调查.所获资料用Visual-Foxpro6.0软件建立数据库,用SPSS11.5软件进行一般情况描述、生命质量的评价、单因素及多因素非条件Logistic回归分析.结果:糖尿病对患者生命质量损伤的严重程度依次为总体健康(均分=37.86)、躯体角色功能(均分=43.67)、情绪角色功能(均分=45.58)、精力(均分=65.45)、心理健康(均分=68.73)、躯体疼痛(均分=71.30)、躯体健康(均分=79.52)和社会功能(均分=86.75).合理膳食(OR=0.445,P＜0.05)、心理健康(OR=0.923,P＜0.05)和社会功能(OR=0.969,P＜0.05)得分高是糖尿病病情加重的保护因素,而肥胖史(OR=1.767,P＜0.05)是糖尿病病情加重的危险因素.结论:应在人群中提倡合理膳食、控制肥胖,提高糖尿病患者对疾病的认识,以健康的心态对待疾病.

APPSICATION OF SF-36 IN ASSESSMENT OF QUALITY OF LIFE IN PATIENTS WITH DIABETES MELLITUS

Objective:To apply SF-36 to assess the quality of life in patients with diabetes mellitus,and investigate risk tactors aggravating the illness.Methods: 167 patients with diabetes mellitus in Xiaolongqiao community Chenghua di strict of Chengdu city were selected,and SF-36 instrument was used to investiga te. The data were const itited under Visual-foxpro6.0.The major statistical analysis described by SPS S11 .5 as follows:the gengral characteristics,the quality of life ,single-factor l i gistic regression,and multiple factor logistic regression.Results:Diabetes mellit us suffers the quality of life descendingly as general health,role-physical,vit a lity,mental health,bodily pain,physical fumctional,soctial functional.Diet,ment a l health and social function are the protective factors,but obesity history is t he risk factor.Conclusions:The results suggested that to initia te diet and contr ol weight,enhance the knowledge of diabeted mellitus in the patients,look on the disease with health attitude.
