脊柱爆裂骨折的X线、CT诊断

目的讨论X线、CT在诊断脊柱骨折中的价值。方法回顾性分析120例脊柱爆裂骨折的影像学表现和临床资料。结果X线、CT显示椎体自然形态不同程度消失,骨质密度低,并见碎骨片向椎体周围膨出。附件骨折(椎弓根间距增宽或变窄)压迫椎管,继发椎管狭窄,小关节紊乱、脱位,椎间盘突出,脊髓受压。结论良好的平片只显示脊柱二维结构,CT能显示脊柱的三维结构,可对爆裂骨折做出全面证实和诊断,对小关节紊乱、脱位、椎间盘改变、椎管继发狭窄、脊髓是否挫伤等,CT诊断具有优势。

Objective The value of X-ray,CT in the diagnosis spinal column bone fracture was discusses.Methods 120 examples of the bone fracture spinal columns rupture study performance and clinical material were analyzed.Results X-ray,CT demonstrated that the centrum natural form vanished differently the ossein density was low,and the garrulous blade swollen around the centrum.Appendix bone fracture the vertebral arch root spacing increases or decreased neurocanal was pressed,the neurocanal was narrowed,small joint was disordered and dislocated the intervertebral disc was prominent and spinal cord was pressed.Conclusion The spinal column two-dimensional structure was demonstrated only in good pieces and the spinal column the three-dimensional structure was demonstrated in CT.The comprehensive confirmation and the diagnosis of ruptures the bone fracture could be show by CT.To small joint disorder,dislocation,changes of the intervertebral disc,narrow of neurocanal et al,the CT diagnosis had the superiority.
