慢性阻塞性肺疾病营养不良患者饮食干预的研究

目的观察中医食疗干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病营养不良患者营养状况和呼吸功能的影响。方法将67例慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期肺脾气虚型患者,按随机数字表分为对照组34例和观察组33例;对照组予社区常规治疗与护理,观察组在社区常规治疗与护理的基础上采用中医食疗干预,干预时间8周。干预前后分别测定两组患者的营养状况和呼吸功能。结果干预8周后观察组患者营养状况各指标增加明显,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组患者的营养状况各指标和呼吸功能指标与干预前相比,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论中医食疗干预能改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期肺脾气虚型患者的营养状态和呼吸功能。

Study on diet intervention for malnourished patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To observe the effect of TCM dietetic intervention on nutritional status and respiratory function for malnourished patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Method Divide 67 lung and spleen qi deficiency type of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stationary phase into control group （n=34） and observation group （n=33） according to random number table. Patients in control group receive routine treatment and nursing care. Patients in observation group receive TCM dietetic imervention based on routine treatment and care for 8 months. Assess the nutritional status and respiratory function for patients in two groups. Result There is significant difference on indexes of nutritional status between two groups after 8 months＇ intervention （P〈0. 05）. Compare the indexes of nutritional status and respiratory function for patients in observation group before and after intervention, there is significant difference （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion TCM dietetic intervention can improve the nutritional status and respiratory function for lung and spleen qi deficiency type of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stationary phase.
