身痛逐淤汤熏洗对全髋关节置换术后DVT防治的疗效分析

观察《医林改错》之身痛逐瘀汤熏洗双下肢加低分子肝素钙皮下注射与单纯使用低分子肝素钙皮下注射对全髋关节置换术后深静脉血栓防治的临床对比。方法:将2010年6月～2012年2月收治的119例全髋关节置换术后的病人按照随机分组方式,分成实验组与对照组A,对照组B,将三组病人按照不同的方式进行处理。结论:身痛逐淤汤熏洗双下肢可降低全髋关节置换术后DVT发生率。

The efficacy analysis of the Shentong Zhuyu decotion in preventing DVT after replacement of total hip

Objective： To compare the clinical comparison of fumigating to both legs with the Shentong Zhuyu decotion, which is from correction of the errors of medical works, combined with low molecular heparin hypodermical injection, with only low molecular heparin hypodermical injection towards replacement of total hip. Methods： 119 patients collected from June in 2010 to February in 2012 were randomly arranged into experiment group, control group A and control group B. The three groups were treated in different ways. Conclusion： Fumigating both legs with the Shentong Zhuyu decotion can reduce the incidence rate of DVT after hip renlacement.
