沙美特罗替卡松吸入联合顺尔宁口服治疗儿童哮喘疗效观察

目的:观察沙美特罗替卡松吸入联合顺尔宁口服治疗儿童哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将112例小儿支气管哮喘患者随机分为两组,对照组56例采用沙美特罗替卡松吸入治疗,观察组56例在此基础上采用顺尔宁治疗,比较两组的临床疗效及对肺功能的影响。结果:两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而观察组显效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组FEV1、PEF水平均明显升高(P<0.05),并且观察组治疗后FEV1、PEF水平明显高于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论:沙美特罗替卡松吸入联合顺尔宁口服治疗儿童哮喘,明显提高了临床治疗效果,改善了患儿肺功能,值得临床推广应用。

The Effect of Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate Powder for Inhalation Combined with Singulair in Treatment with Children Asthma

Objective：To observe the effect of salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation combined with singulair in treatment with children asthma. Methods：From January 2011 to January 2012, 112 cases of asthma children were ran- domly divided into two groups, which control group with 56 cases was treated with salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation and observation group with 56 cases was treated with singulair at the basis on control group. The effective rate, pulmonary function between the two groups were compared. Results： There was no significant difference in total effective rate between two groups, while the excellent rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the levels of FEV1 and PEF in both two groups were significantly increased（P〈0.05）. The levels of FEV1 and PEF in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation combined with singulair in treatment with children asthma can enhance clinical effect, improve pulmonary function, which can be applied in clinic.
