粉防己中季铵双苄基异喹啉生物碱的CD谱

摘    要:
圆二色散(CD)光谱法是双苄基异喹啉(BBI)生物碱构型测定的极为有效的方法,但季铵双苄基异喹啉(QBBI)生物碱的CD谱却未见报道。为探讨QBBI生物碱的CD谱,本文对从粉防已块根中分离得到并经结构鉴定的QBBI生物碱的CD谱进行了初步的研究。结果表明,QBBI生物碱的CD谱与其相应的BBI生物碱的CD谱大致相似,但亦存在着差异。

Abstract:
The circular dichroism (CD) spectra of the quaternary bisbenzylisoquinoline (QBBI) alkaloids from Stephania tetrandra S. Moore (Menispermaceae) were considered with the aim of dealing with the CD spectra of QBBI alkaloids. The results obtained showed that the CD spectra of the QBBI alkaloids were similar to those of their original tertiary bisbenzylisoquinoline (BBI) alkaloids, with the difference that the negative Cotton effect (CE) at 246 nm in the CD spectra of the BBI disappeared in the CD spectra of the QBBI. There were only slight changes in the CD spectra of the QBBI on protonation.
