艾滋病合并肺结核35例CT征象分析

目的 分析艾滋病合并肺结核35例患者的临床资料及CT征象分析,总结其CT影像特点,提高对艾滋病合并肺结核的影像诊断水平.方法 收集35例艾滋病合并肺结核患者的临床资料及CT征象,分析和探讨艾滋病合并肺结核的CT特点.结果 艾滋病合并肺结核患者,其临床症状重,但胸部影像表现多不典型:(1)双肺不典型血播多见,表现为双肺弥漫粟粒结节影并广泛间质增厚,部分融合成小片状.(2)1～2个肺段的片团状实变多见,出现干酪坏死少见.(3)双肺毛玻璃影多见.(4)合并多浆膜腔积液(双侧胸腔积液及心包积液)多见.(5)空洞少见.结论 艾滋病合并肺结核的临床表现不典型,CT表现有一定特点,早期临床医生应该高度重视,提高其诊断率.

Medical Imaging features of patients with AIDS and pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective To improve diagnosis accuracy rate to patients with AIDS and pulmonary tuberculosis by medical imagine features.Methods Clinic data and medical imagine features of 35 patients diagnosed as AIDS and tuberculosis were analyzed.Results Clinic symptoms of the patients are serious,and medical imagine features in the patients are non-typical:(1)The features with non-typical hematogenous disseminated pulmonary tuberculosis in two lungs are common.(2) The features with consolidation among 1~2 lung segments are common,while caseous necrosis are less.(3)The medical imagine like frosted glass in two lungs are common.(4)The effusion liquid in several serous are common.(5)The feature with cavity are less.Conclusions Clinic manifestations in the patients with AIDS and pulmonary tuberculosis are atypical in the early period course of the disease,but the medical imagine features of CT in the chest have some features in this period.Physicians should pay attention to the features,in order to improve the rate of diagnosis accuracy.
