| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨支气管舒张试验对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)小气道功能影响.方法 分析我院2008年1月至2011年4月38例AECOPD患者,行支气管舒张试验,FEV1、FEF 50％、FEF 75％、MMEF 75/25％行配对t检验.结果 支气管舒张试验在AECOPD及支气管舒张试验阳性组小气道功能均存在显著差异；在支气管舒张试验阴性组,FEV1、FEF 50％存在显著差异,但FEF 75％、MMEF 75/25％无差异.结论 支气管舒张试验可改善AECOPD患者小气道功能,但在支气管舒张试验阴性组小气道功能指标FEF 75％、MMEF 75/25％无改善.

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the effect of bronchodilation test on small airway function in acute exacerbation chronic obstrctive pulmonary disease(AECOPD) patients.Methods In 38 patients with AECOPD in-hospital from January 2008 to April 2011,Bronchodilation test was determined,and FEV1,FEF 50%,FEF 75%,MMEF 75/25% were observed and analyzed as pairs by t-test.Results The parameters of small airway function had significant differences in AECOPD and the positive group;there were significant differences in FEV1 and FEF 50%,but there was no significant difference in FEF 75% and MMEF 75/25% in the negative group.Conclusion Small airway function was improved by bronchodilation test in AECOPD,but EF 75%,MMEF 75/25% were not improved obviously in the negative group. |
