| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨降血粘药物的降粘疗效及最佳治疗组合。方法 随机选择 5 4例老年冠心病 (CHD)伴高粘滞血症患者 ,借助L9(34 )正交表 ,比较了 3种降血粘药物在不同CHD类型、血脂异常形式和D 二聚体水平情况下对血液粘滞性的影响。结果 本次试验的最佳水平组合为A1B2 C2 D1,即在心绞痛型CHD患者伴单纯高甘油三酯 (TG)血症 ,血清D 二聚体检测是阳性时 ,降纤酶使血液流变学 8项指标下降最明显。结论 老年CHD高粘滞血症患者在CHD心绞痛型伴有高甘油三酯血症和血清D 二聚体检测阳性时 ,降纤酶的降血粘效果优于尿激酶和东菱克栓酶。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of Defibrinogenase,Batroxobin and urokinase(UK) on hemorrheology in eldly with Coronary heart disease.Method 54 old patients with CHD increased blood viscosity were selected into the study.By means of L 9(3 4) orthogonal design,the effect of three kinds of drugs on hemorrheology in varying type of CHD,hyperlipidemia and plasma D-dimer level were compared.Result The best combination of orthogonal design is A 1B 2D 2C 1.The matter of fact,it is more obvious for Defibrinogenase to decrease the blood viscosity in comparison with Batroxobin and UK in CHD patients with hypertriglyceridemia and positive plasma D-dimer.Conclusion Defibrinogenase is superior to Batroxobin or UK on function of reducing plasma viscosity in old CHD patients with hypertriglyceridemia and high serum D-dimer level. |
