静脉麻醉下施行电子胃镜检查13 650例临床分析

目的探讨异丙酚伍用小剂量芬太尼静脉麻醉下施行电子胃镜检查的可行性,为临床用药提供参考。方法总结我院2002~2005年静脉麻醉下胃镜检查13 650例,对其麻醉状况、生命体征及不良反应等进行分析。结果异丙酚伍用小剂量芬太尼静脉麻醉下行胃镜检查具有充分镇静、快速入睡、检查后苏醒迅速、患者离院时完全清醒的优点。结论几乎无麻醉药残余作用和后遗症的影响,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical analysis of 13 650 cases performing electron gastroscopy under intravenous anesthesia

Objective To explore the feasibility of electron gastroscopy under intravenous anesthesia using disoprofol associated with small dosage fentanyl and to provide the reference methods for clinical medication.Methods To summarize 13 650 cases performing electron gastroscopy during 2002 to 2005 in our hospital.The anesthetic status,physical signs and side effects were analysed.Results Electron gastroscopy under intravenous anesthesia using disopprofol associated with small dosage fentanyl had some advantages,such as adequate sedation,fast sleepy,quick awaken after examination,totally clear-minded out of hospitalization.Conclusion The method almost has no remaining action of anesthetics and no sequela influences.It would be worth spreading in clinical application.
