推拿配合针灸治疗肩周炎疗效观察

目的：观察推拿治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法：将56例肩周炎患者随机分为2组，治疗组采用手法配合针灸治疗，对照组单纯针灸治疗，每日1次。各组均以10次为1个疗程，连续治疗2个疗程后观察临床疗效。结果：治疗组疗效明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：手法配合针灸治疗肩周是较有效的方法。

Objective： Observes the massage to treat bursitis in shoulder＇s clinical curative effect. Methods：Divides into stochastically 56 example bursitis in shoulder patient 2 groups, the treatment group uses the technique coordination acupunture therapy, the control group pure acupunture therapy, daily 1 time. Each group take 10 times as 1 treatment course, treats 2 treatment courses, after continuously observes the clinical curative effect. Results： Treats the group curative effect to surpass the control group obviously, the difference has statistics significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The technique coordination acupunture therapy shoulder week is the effective method.
