摘    要:
目的:基于红外光谱技术建立奶粉中三聚氰胺的快速定性识别模型。方法:分别配制了不同三聚氰胺含量的奶粉样品,采用红外光谱扫描,分析特征波长区域,建立二阶识别模型。结果:三聚氰胺阴性和阳性奶粉样品在一阶导数光谱图中波长1100 nm~1200 nm及1380 nm~1480 nm这2个区域有明显的区别,根据三聚氰胺含有与否,分别建立阴性和阳性2种模型,样品预测结果表明这2种模型的正确率均在95%以上,最低识别限可达2.5 mg/kg。结论:所建立的定性模型可用于奶粉中微量三聚氰胺的定性识别,适合于大量样品的快速初筛。
