| 摘 要： | 目的:建立以异丙醇为内标物,测定葡萄酒中甲醇残留量的毛细管顶空气相色谱法。方法:以美国Agilent公司DB-624弹性石英毛细管柱(30 m×0.53 mm×3μm)作为分析用色谱柱,程序升温,高纯氮作载气,柱流速2.0 m l.m in-1,分流比为2.0∶1;Agilent 7694E顶空进样器,顶空瓶加热温度为85℃,平衡时间30 m in;检测器为FID;温度为250℃。结果:甲醇在8.0μg.m l-1~1600.0μg.m l-1浓度范围内与甲醇峰面积和异丙醇峰面积之比呈良好的线性关系(r=1);最低检出浓度为1μg.m l-1;平均回收率为99.6%,R sD=l.9(n:6)。结论:该法快速、简便和准确.适用于葡萄酒中甲醇残留量测定。
