| 摘 要： | 在我国，缺血性脑血管病是严重威胁人们健康的主要疾病之一。近年来认识到脑缺血在缺血性损伤过程中除缺氧和能量代谢衰竭外，由缺血诱导的一系列瀑布样效应是导致缺血性神经元死亡的重要机制。就脑缺血的危险因素、病理生理改变及其分布规律以及对心血管系统的影响等进行综述。 |

| Abstract: | In China, ischemic cerebrovascular disease is one of the major diseases that severely threaten health in human beings. Recently, it has been found that a series cascade damages induced by ischemia is the important mechanisms of ischemic neuron death, in addition to anoxia and energy failure. This article makes a review about the risk factors of cerebral ischemia, pathophysiological changes and their distribution, and the influence on cardiovascular system, etc. |
