| 摘 要： | 目的:比较三七三醇皂苷与丹参片治疗脑梗塞的疗效.方法:选取我院2004～2006年部分脑梗塞病人,其中116例采用三七三醇皂苷300 mg/d,分3次口服,另116例采用丹参片12片/d,分3次口服.2组均15天为1个疗程.结果:三七三醇皂苷组总有效率90%,显效率59%,丹参片组总有效率79%,显效率45%(P＜0.05),不良反应极少.结论:三七三醇皂苷是治疗脑梗塞较好的口服药,疗效优于丹参片. |

| Abstract: | Objective:Compare the curative effect of PTS and danshen tablet in the cerebral infaction therapy.Method:Choose the patient with cerebral infaction from 2004 to 2006 in our hospital.Among the 116 cases,the patients were given PTS 300 mg per day,taken in three times.The other 116 cases the patients were given danshen tablet 12 slices per day,taken in three times.The period of treatment is 15 days.Results:The total effect rate of PTS is 90%,the appear effect rate is 59%,the total effect rate of danshen tablet is 79%,the appear effect rate is 45%(P<0.05)and the harmful reaction is rare.Conclusion:PTS is a good medicine in the therapy of cerebral infaction,better than danshen tablet. |
