氯沙坦治疗120例早期糖尿病肾病的疗效观察

目的探讨氯沙坦对早期糖尿病肾病的治疗作用。方法对我院2003年6月至2007年6月收治的120例早期糖尿病肾病患者在对症治疗的基础上，加服氯沙坦，比较治疗前后各项指标的变化。结果经过治疗，患者的各项指标除BUN外，UAER、HbA1c、Scr、MAP、FBG均有显著降低，与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后无明显不良反应，所有患者均可耐受并坚持完成疗程。结论氯沙坦治疗早期DN可以显著减少尿蛋白排出，疗效确切，无明显毒副作用，患者依从性好，值得进一步开发和推广。

Losartan treatment 120 cases of early diabetic nephropathy clinical observation

Objective Discuss losartan treatment 120 cases of early diabetic nephropathy therapeutic effect.Methods In June 2003～June 2007 120 cases of early diabetic nephropathy patients in our hospital oraled losartan based on symptomatic treatment,comparied the indicators change before and after treatment.Results After treatment,patients each indicators in addition to the BUN,UAER,HbAlc,Scr,MAP,FBG were significantly lower,the differences were significant compared with pre-treatment(P<0.05).there was no significant adverse reactions after treatment,all patients can tolerate and adhere to treatment end.Conclusion losartan treatment early diabetic nephropathy can significantly reduce the discharge of urine protein,effect is precise,no significant side effects,patients compliance is good,worthy of further development and promotion.
