军校护生心理健康状况及其相关因素研究

目的 :了解军校护生的心理健康状况及相关因素。方法 :采用症状自评量表(SCL -90 )、青少年生活事件量表和简易应对方式问卷 ,对 2 42名军校护生进行测评。结果 :SCL -90结果显示 :护生的主要心理问题是躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执和精神病性。相关和回归分析表明 :生活事件、积极应对和消极应对对护生心理健康水平有预测性 ,其中生活事件应激值的作用最大。结论 :军校护生有较多的心理问题 ,在帮助护生克服心理问题时 ,应重视并注意区分生活事件、应对方式所起的作用。

A Study on the Status Quo of Psychological Health and Related Factors of Nursing Students in Military Medical School

Objective: to understand the psychological health state and its related factors of nursing students of military medical school. Methods: SCL-90, youth life event scale, and simple reply questionnaire were adopted to evaluate a total of 242 nursing students in military medical school. Results: major mental problems of the nursing students included somatization, obsession, depression, anxiety, hostility, paranoia, and psychiatric. Relativity and regression analysis showed life events, active or inactive reply had a prediction on the psychological health level of nursing students. Among the mentioned factors, the life event stress value played the most important role. Conclusion: nursing students of military medical school had some psychological problems. As one helped them to overcome these problems, one should pay more attention to and differentiate the roles of both life events and reply mode played.
