| 摘 要： | 目的：了解某社区人群原发性高血压的危险因素,为高血压的防治提供参考依据.方法：采用病例对照研究,收集1 079例高血压及1 408例健康对照的相关资料进行统计分析.结果：多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,在调整混杂因素后,年龄、甘油三酯（TG）、空腹血糖（GLU）、性别、高血压家族史、体质指数（BMI）等是该地区社区人群高血压的危险因素.结论：高血压的防治应采取多重危险因素干预策略,既要降低患者血压,又要注意对其血脂及血糖的综合控制以更好地控制血压.

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the risk factors of essential hypertension （EH） among the community residents and provide evidence for etiological study and prevention of EH. Methods. Relevant information of 1 079 cases and 1 408 controls was collected to perform a case-control study. Results. The results of multivariate logistic regression showed that age, total triglycerides, fasting blood glucose, overweight and obesity were the risk factors of EH among the community residents after adjusting for confounding factors. Conclusion. The strategy to prevent and treat hypertension by multiple risk factors intervention should be taken. It is necessary to control the blood pressure levels of patients, but also pay attention to integrate control of high blood lipids and hyperglycemia in order to achieve better control of blood pressure Purposes. |
