摘    要:目的:了解本院念珠菌感染的临床分布及耐药情况。方法:以沙保弱培养基分离真菌,用法国生物-梅里埃公司生产的API 20 C AUX念珠菌鉴定板和ATB Fungus 2念珠菌药敏板进行念珠菌的鉴定和药敏检测。结果:共分离出念珠菌467株,检出率为14.5%。467株念珠菌中以白色念珠菌的检出率居首位,检出白色念珠菌336株,占71.9%;其次为热带念珠菌69株(14.8%)、光滑念珠菌37株(7.9%)。467株念珠菌所致的临床感染,主要为肺部感染,痰标本中共检出311株(66.6%),其次为粪便59株(12.6%)、中段尿43株(9.2%)。467株念珠菌的药敏结果表明5-氟胞嘧啶、两性霉素B、伏立康唑的敏感率较高。结论:微生物实验室必须重视念珠菌的培养鉴定和药敏试验,以指导临床合理使用抗真菌药物。

Abstract:Objective: To analyze the distribution and drug resistance of clinical candida cases.Methods: Sobaurand's agar culture medium was used for separating fungi.Fungi were identified by API20 C AUX strips.And the durg resistant test were detected with the ATB 3 FUNGUS strips.Results: 467 strains of candida strains were identified.Among all strains of Candida,Candida albicans was the most(66.6 %),and Candida tropicalis(14.8%),Candida glabrata(7.9%) followed.467 strains were isolated from sputum,urine,stool,accoun...
