厦门禾山地区人群高血压危险因素的探讨

目的：分析厦门市禾山地区人群高血压的可能原因及危险因素。方法：１９９８ 年对该地区占应检人数８０２％ 的１１０００ 名人群高血压心血管疾病调查，抽样检查部分正常（ｎ＝ ２００）、临界（ｎ＝ １００）、确诊（ｎ＝ ３００）高血压的血脂、血糖及体重指数，心电图等检查。对特殊群体另列组分析。　结果：确诊高血压患病率１２８５％ ，比１９７９ 年增加３２ 倍。血脂代谢异常率高血压组明显高于正常血压组（ Ｐ＜ ００１）。高血压患病率随体重指数增大而增高，超重、肥胖发生率高血压组明显高于正常血压组（ Ｐ＜ ００１）。特殊群体高血压患病率明显高于正常血压组（ Ｐ＜ ００１）。结论：该社区高血压患病率明显增加的原因主要与不良的生活方式，肥胖及血脂代谢异常有关。

Study of Risk Factors in Essential Hypertension of Heshan District of Xiamen

\ Aim:To analyse the causes and risk factors of Hypertension in Heshan district,Xiamen \ Methods:A population of 11000 people in Heshan district were inquired with questionnaire. Blood lipid ,glucose,and BMI,ECG etc.were examined in a selected cohort of 600 people,categorising as normal BP group(NB,n=200),border hypertension(BH,n=100) and essential hpertension(EH,n=300). It is found that blood lipid in hypertension were much higher than that in normotensives(P<0.01). Obesity in border hypertension and essential hypertension were obviously more frequently than that in normotensives( P <0.01). A special group of people, who were previously peasants but now working in other occupation exceeding 5 years, had significant higher prevalence rate of hypertension than that in native peasants(P<0.01).\ Conclusion:The causes of high prevalence of hypertension in this district may be ascribed to unhealthy life style,obesity and disorders of blood lipid.
