我院住院药房对病区药物管理经验分析

目的做好病区药物管理工作,保障住院患者用药安全。方法我院住院药房联合护理部组成药物检查组,对发现的问题及时分析,提出整改建议和措施。结果通过近1年的检查、跟踪及整改,我院病区药物管理工作走向制度化、规范化。结论住院药房应联合护理部对病区药物管理工作常抓不懈,跟踪督检,制定科学化、制度化、规范化的规章制度,保证临床患者用药安全,减少医院在用药方面不良事件的发生。

The Experience about Drug Management of Inpatient Dispensary in Our Hospital

Objective To do well in drug management, enszre inpatient medication safety. Methods Inspection team composed by inpatient dispensary and nursing department, to analyze the problems in time, to give advice and measures. Results Through about one year＇s inspection, tracking and reform, the drug management become institutionalization and stand- ardization. Conclusion The inpatient dispensary and nursing department should be associated to execute the drug management and often catch indefatigable, to formulate scientific, institutionalized and standardized rules and regulations, to ensure clinical medication safety, to reduce adverse event.
