| 摘 要： | 对血管性认知功能障碍的概念、病因病机作了分析,认为肾虚髓空、肝气郁结、脾虚湿盛、劳伤心脾是本病中医的主要病因病机,动脉粥样硬化导致脑血管狭窄或闭塞是本病西医的主要病理机制,中西医结合治疗,能够改善临床症状,延缓病情进展,提高生活质量,延长病人的生命。

| Abstract: | Analyzing the concept,pathogeny and pathogenesis of vascular cognitive dysfunction,we find the main etiology and pathogenesis of this disease in TCM is deficiency of kidney-essence,stagnation of liver-Qi,deficiency of the spleen with over dampness,deficiency of both the heart and spleen.The main pathological mechanism in Western Medicine is atherosclerosis leading to stenosis or occlusion of cerebral arteries.Combined treatment of TCM and Western Medicine can improve the clinical symptoms,delay the progress of the disease,improve life quality,and prolong the life of the patient. |
