低温可调钠透析预防透析中低血压的疗效观察

目的 对低温可调钠透析预防透析中低血压的疗效进行观察.方法 选取2011年1月至2012年1月期间进行维持性血液透析治疗且在过程中易发低血压的22例患者作为研究对象,并随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各11例.实验组患者行低温可调钠透析,对照组行标准常温透析,对两组患者在透析间期平均体重增加量、平均实际超滤量以及透析前后电解质（Na＋、K＋）、肾功能指标（Bun、Scr）进行检测,并对透析过程中患者发生低血压情况进行统计,将各组检测结果进行比较分析.结果 透析前两组患者血压比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,在透析中和透析后实验组患者的收缩压和舒张压都较对照组升高,同时实验组患者在透析过程中发生低血压的次数也明显低于对照组,其结果比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 低温可调钠透析可有效降低维持血液透析高危低血压患者在血液透析过程中低血压的的发生率.

Curative effect observation on preventing hypotension in low temperature and sodium profile hemodialysis

Objective To observe the curative effect of preventing the hypotension in low temperature adjustable sodium.Methods We selected 22 patients proned to have hypotension during the process of sustaining hemodialysis therapy in period of January 2011 to January 2012 in our hospital as the research object,all the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group,11 cases for each group.The patients of experimeutal group were treated with low temperature adjustable sodium,the patients in control group were treated with standard normal temperature profile hemodialysis,we recorded and tested the result of average weight increasing,average real ultrafiltration volume in period of dialysis and electrolytes （Na＋,K＋）,renal function indexes （Bun,Scr） before and after dialysis,and observed the patients with hypotension occurring in the process of dialysis,then the results were compared and tested.Results Patients of two groups showed no significant difference in the factor of blood pressure before hemodialysis （P ＞0.05）,compared with the control group,the systolic pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the experimental group were increased significantly,the experimental group patients occurred hypotension in the process of hemodialysis,also significantly lower than that of the control group,the results performed a statistical significance （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Low temperature adjustable sodium can effectively reduce the incidence of hypotension in the maintain hemodialysis hypotension and high risk of hypotension patients.
