超声导向下快速批量经皮一针肾穿刺活检的临床应用研究

目的 研究超声导向下快速批量经皮一针肾穿刺活检取材满意率、并发症发生率及其影响因素.方法 回顾分析710例B超引导快速批量一针肾穿刺活检的临床资料,归纳分析其取材满意率、并发症发生率.结果 710例肾穿刺患者取材满意率为99.4％,一针穿刺取材满意率较多次穿刺无差异,特殊人群取材满意率为100.0％；并发症总发生率为17.5％,腰痛及腰部不适10.7％、一过性肉眼血尿5.5％、肾周血肿3.7％、严重出血0.3％,特殊人群无发生肾周血肿、严重出血者.危险因素分析提示一针肾穿刺可减少肉眼血尿并发症发生风险.结论 快速批量肾穿刺活检取材满意率好、并发症发生率低,尤其一针穿刺者更优.

Clinical study on ultrasound-guided fast batch percutaneous one-needle kidney biopsy

Objective To study the materials satisfaction rate,complication rate and influencing factors of ultrasound-guided fast batch percutaneous one-needle kidney biopsy.Method The materials satisfaction rate and complication rate of 710 cases of ultrasound-guided fast batch percutaneous kidney biopsy were analyzed retrospectively.Results The materials satisfaction rate of 710 cases of renal biopsy was 99.4％,without significant difference between one-needle biopsy and two or three-needle biopsy.The materials satisfaction rate of special crowd was near to 100％,total complication rate was 17.5％,10.7％ of low back and waist pain,5.5％ of transient hematuria,3.7％ of perirenal hematoma,0.3％ of serious bleeding hematoma.No perirenal hematoma or serious bleeding hematoma was found in special crowd.Risk factors analysis suggested one-needle biopsy reduced the risk of complications of hematuria.Conclusion Fast batch kidney biopsy has good materials satisfaction rate and low complication rate.
