骨外型牙源性钙化上皮瘤

骨外型牙源性钙化上皮瘤极为罕见,通过复习1966～2011年英文MEDLINE与1994～2011年中文CHKD中收录的文献,仅有37例骨外型牙源性钙化上皮瘤的个案报告。根据上述资料分析,发现该瘤具有以下临床特点,就诊年龄3～71岁,平均35.8岁;男13例,女19例,男女比例为1∶1.46;肿块直径0.5～4 cm,平均1.76 cm;好发部位主要是牙龈,累及下颌与上颌牙龈的比例为1∶1;组织学特征表现与骨内型牙源性钙化上皮瘤基本相同;复发率为5.4%。因该瘤具有浅表骨侵蚀能力,应行完整的肿瘤切除结合骨面刮治术。

Extraosseous calcifying epithelial odontogenic tumor

Extraosseous calcifying epithelial odontogenic tumor is an extremely rare odontogenic neoplasm. To our knowledge, only 37 cases have been reported in the English literature of MEDLINE from 1966 to 2011 and the Chinese literature of CHKD from 1994 to 2011. Based on literature review, it was found that extraosseous calcifying epithelial odontogenic tumor had the following clinical features： patient age at the time of diagnosis ranged from 3 to 71 years （mean： 35.8 years）; 19 cases were females and 13 cases were males, with a male to female ratio of 1：1.46; tumor size ranged from 0.5 to 4.0 cm （mean： 1.76 cm）; the most common site affected by the tumor was the gingivae with a mandible to maxilla ratio of hl; histological characteristic was basically the same as intraosseous calcifying epithelial odontogenic tumor ; the recurrence rate was 5.4%. Because the tumor had a superficial bone erosion capability, effective treatment should completely excised the tumor combined with curettage of bone surface.
