摘    要:目的建立乳酸左氧氟沙星注射液中左氧氟沙星含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,VP-ODS(4.6 mm×150mm,5μm);流动相:三乙胺磷酸溶液-乙腈(82:18);流速:1.0 ml·min^-1;柱温:40℃;检测波长为286 nm。供试品溶液制备采用流动相溶解并稀释成每1ml中约含0.1mg的溶液。结果左氧氟沙星线性范围为1.73~15.61 mg·L^-1,平均加样回收率为100.21%。结论本法简捷,快速可靠,可用于控制制剂质量。

Abstract:Aim To develop a method for determining the contents of levofloxacin in levofloxacin lactate injection.Methods The analyt-ical column was a Hypersil VP-ODS(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase consisted of triethanolamine-methyl cyanides(82: 18).The flow rate was 1.0 ml.min-1and the column temperature was 40℃.The detection wavelengths of luteolin was at 286 nm.Re-sults The calibration curves of luteolin was in good linearity over the rangs from 1.73 to 15.61 mg.L-1and the average recovery was 100.21%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,reliable and can be used for the drug control.
