复方丹参注射液治疗慢性乙型肝炎的荟萃分析

目的评价复方丹参注射液治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的疗效。方法用电子和手工检索鉴定比较复方丹参注射液与西药安慰剂、不治疗、西药非特异性保肝治疗、西药常规保肝药如甘草甜素类制剂、西药抗病毒治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者的随机临床试验。复方丹参注射液合用西药与单用西药(与治疗组除中药的治疗相同)比较的随机试验也予以纳入。无论使用盲法与否或以何种语言发表均无限制。纳入试验的质量用Jadad记分量表参照Cochrane手册进行评价。结果共纳入17篇文章,患者均诊断为慢性乙型病毒性肝炎,并排除其他肝炎病毒感染及肝损伤因素,提取数据进行mete分析,显示复方丹参注射液合用西药在降低慢性乙型肝炎ALT、TB及肝纤维化指标方面优于单用西药。结论复方丹参注射液与西药保肝抗病毒药物及非特异性保肝治疗等方案联用对慢性乙型肝炎患者有更好的保肝降酶退黄、抗纤维化等作用。

Gathering analysis of the treatment for chronic hepatitis B with Fufang Danshen injection

Objective It is to evaluate the curative effect of Danshen injection on chronic hepatitis B.Methods Randomized clinical trials of the treatment for chronic hepatitis B patients with Danshen injection and western medicine placebo, no drug,non-specific western medicine for the liver,liver medicine such as conventional western medicine category glycyrrhizin preparation,anti-virus western medicine were compared and evaluated after electronic and manual search.The randomized trial of comparison between Danshen injection combined with western medicine and western medicine alone(with the exception of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment group) also were included in.Whether the blind method was use or not,and whether in what language were unlimited.The quality of the chosen tests was evaluated by Jadad scales,and according to Cochrane handbook.Results 17 articles were chosen in total.The patients were all diagnosed with chronic hepatitis B,and were ruled out other liver virus infection and liver damage factors.mete extract data analysis showed that Danshen injection combined with western medicine was better than only use of western medicine in the reduction of indexes such as ALT,TB and liver fibrosis.Conclusion Danshen injection combined with anti-viral and liver protecting western medicine or non-specific liver protecting has a better effect of liver protection,enzyme decrease,jaundice improvement and anti-fibrosis on chronic hepatitis B.
