| 摘 要： | 目的用中药"抗胆瘀汤"治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症(ICP),分析治疗后的分娩结局.方法对诊断为ICP的86例患者给予"抗胆瘀汤"治疗(治疗组),与未用"抗胆瘀汤"治疗的76例患者(对照组)进行早产、死胎、新生儿评分、剖宫产率、新生儿出生体重、产后出血等相关分娩结局分析.结果治疗组与对照组相比,经治疗后死胎及新生儿重度窒息现象消失,新生儿体重增加(P＜0.01),剖宫产率由59.21%降至40.79%(P＜0.05).结论用"抗胆瘀汤"治疗ICP可以改善不良分娩结局,降低剖宫产率.

| Abstract: | Objective To treat intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy with Chinese medicine "Anti-Intrahepatic Cholestasis Decoction",and analyse the result of parurition. Methods Results of the prematune birth,stillborn,Apgar scale,caesarean birth rate,newborn boby weight and postpartum hemorrhage etc were analysed in 86 cases of ICP (treat group) and 76 cases of ICP (control group).Results Stillborn and newborn serious enffocation weren't finded in the treat group,and newborn boby weight increased(P<0.01),casearean birth rate decreased from 59.21% to 40.7%(P<0.05).Conclusion "Auti-Intrahepatic Cholestasis Decoction"can improve the results of unhealtly childbirth and decrease the caesarean birth rate in paitents with ICP. |
