长托宁替代阿托品救治急性有机磷中毒的临床研究

摘    要:
目的研究评价长托宁在治疗急性有机磷中毒(AOPP)中的疗效及安全性。方法选择我院收治的86例AOPP患者随机分为2组,其中治疗组使用长托宁(盐酸戊乙奎醚)治疗共40例,对照组采用阿托品治疗共46例,对M样症状消失时间、药物不良反应发生率、胆碱酯酶恢复60%时间等指标进行统计分析。结果M样症状消失时间治疗组为(2.8±1.7)h,对照组为(4.6±1.3)h;胆碱酯酶恢复60%时间治疗组为(2.3±2.8)d,对照组为(3.8±3.3)d;药物不良反应发生率治疗组为(7.4±4.1)%,对照组为(23.3±12)%,上述2组指标均存在显著差异。结论与阿托品相比长托宁具有症状消失快、心动过速等不良反应发生率低、缩短住院时间等特点,值得进一步临床推广应用。

Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety and toxicity of penehyclidine hydrochloride in treatment of organic phosphorus poisoning.Methods All patients were divided into two groups,40 cases patients were treated with penehyclidine hydrochloride and 46 cases with atropine.To have the contrast of statistical analysis in two groups such as extinction time of M sample,time of recovery 60% CHE activity and drug adverse reaction incidence. Results extinction time of M sample Group Ⅰ(2.8±1.7) h vs Group Ⅱ(4.6±1.3) h,time of recovery 60% CHE activity Group Ⅰ(2.3±2.8)d vs Group Ⅱ(3.1±3.8) d and drug adverse reaction incidence Group Ⅰ(7.4±4.1)% vs Group Ⅱ(23.3±12)%,there is an obvious difference of statistical analysis in two groups.Conclusion It is suggested by the result that Penehyclidine hydrochloride is a safe,highly effective,low toxicity in treatment t of organophosphorus poisoning.
