| 摘 要： | 目的 报告抢救心房损伤的诊断与外科治疗体会。方法 对 2 2例心房损伤外科治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 本组死亡 3例 ,其中 ,外伤性失血性休克死亡 2例、医源性右心房损伤DIC死亡 1例。余 19例损伤修复后经过输血等抗休克治疗痊愈。结论 外伤性心房损伤及时抗休克处理 ,快速诊断及急诊手术治疗 ,医源性心房损伤的合理处理是提高抢救成功率的关键。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To report the experience of effective and rapid surgical diagnosis and treatment for atrial injury.Methods The clinical material of 22 patients with atrial injury who were treated by operation was reviewed.Results Three patients died(13.6%) of shock and DIC.There are 19 cases cured(86.4%).Conclusions Anti-shock on time and diagnosis and operation rapidly and accurately for the atral injury by wounds can be done and the rational treatment for iatrogenic atrial injury is the key for improving survival rate. |
