Abstract:Objective To analyze the equity of health human resources in Tianjin from 2014 to 2018,so as to provide a reference for resources allocation.Methods Using economic evaluation methods to evaluate the health human resource allocation and equity of Tianjin from 2014 to 2018 in two dimensions of population and geography.Results From 2014 to 2018,the number of health technicians in Tianjin had increased year by year.The Lorenz curve had the smallest curvature in the population dimension.The range of Gini coefficients for practicing(assistant)physicians and registered nurses in 2014-2018 were 0.236~0.271 and 0.294~0.351 in the population dimension,0.659~0.668 and 0.701~0.726 in the geographic dimension.The total Theil index of health human resources showed a downward trend,with inter group contribution rate greater than intra group contribution rate.Conclusion The allocation of health human resources in Tianjin tends to be balanced.The shortage of nursing staff is obvious,the difference among the regions was bigger than that in the region.It is suggested to strengthen the guidance and education of nursing staff,strengthen the leading role of the government,optimize the allocation of resources and improve the regional distribution differences.
