Analysis of the Effectiveness of Infection Control and Management in Patients with Traumatic Shock

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of infection control and management in patients with traumatic shock.Methods A total of 58 patients with traumatic shock and 25 medical staff admitted to the hospital from 2019 January to June were randomly selected as the control group(not under infection control management),and a total of 60 traumatic shocks patients and 25 medical staff were included in the observation group(under infection control management)admitted to this hospital from 2019 July to December,and the infection control management quality scores and infection rates of the two groups were counted and compared.Results The observation group had higher infection control management quality scores in terms of medical staff hand hygiene,medical device disinfection,medical waste disposal and personal protection than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group had a lower infection rate than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of infection control management on patients with traumatic shock is significant,which can effectively reduce the occurrence of infection and improve the quality of infection control management in the department.It is worthy of adoption.
