| 摘 要： | 肥胖已成为全球化的公共卫生问题,随着对肥胖病的深入研究,近年来,内脏脂肪(VAT)的临床意义受到了广泛关注。大量文献研究证实,VAT含量及分布似乎与肥胖相关疾病更为相关,而相应检测VAT的技术也在不断更新,超声、定量CT、人体成分分析仪等影像检测技术各有优缺。因此,深入了解肥胖,尤其是VAT型肥胖及其检测新技术有助于为肥胖防控提供新的思路。

| Abstract: | Obesity has become a global public health problem.In recent years,the clinical significance of visceral fat(VAT)has been widely concerned.Studies have confirmed that the content and distribution of VAT are more related to obesity related diseases,and the corresponding detection technology of VAT is also constantly updated.Ultrasound,quantitative CT,body composition analyzer and other image detection technologies have their own advantages and disadvantages.Therefore,in-depth understanding of VAT obesity and its detection technology will help to provide new ideas for obesity prevention and control. |
