摘    要:目的探究联合微信公众平台以问题为基础教学法(PBL)带教模式在各类性病患者护理带教中的应用效果。方法将2018年2月—2020年2月与该校合作的各医院性病科室80名护理实习生作为研究对象,按实习时间将其分为观察组(2018年2月—2019年2月)和对照组(2019年3月—2020年2月),各40名。对照组采用传统课内PBL带教模式,观察组采用PBL联合微信公众平台的带教模式。比较两组护生理论考核及临床技能考核出科成绩,通过问卷调查比较两组护生对教学模式的认同度,综合评价两组教学效果。对比两组带教护士对护生综合能力的评价情况。结果观察组护生的理论成绩、操作技能成绩居显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组操作技术、组织纪律、交流沟通、学习态度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护生对教学模式的认同度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合微信公众平台的教学模式,能够显著提高护生的出科成绩,有助于激发带教学习的积极性、主动性,提高护生临床护理理论水平及专科操作能力,提高带教工作质量。同时护生认同度较高。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of the problem-based teaching method(PBL)teaching model of the joint WeChat public platform in the nursing teaching of all kinds of STD patients.Methods From February 2018 to February 2020,80 nursing interns in the STD departments of the hospitals that cooperated with the school were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group(February 2018 to February 2019)and control group(March 2019 to February 2020)according to the internship time,40 each.The control group adopted the traditional in-class PBL teaching mode,and the observation group adopted the PBL combined WeChat public platform teaching mode.Comparing the two groups of nursing students'theoretical examination and clinical skills examination and passing the department scores,comparing the two groups of nursing students'recognition of the teaching mode through a questionnaire survey,and comprehensively evaluating the two groups'teaching effects.Compared the evaluation of the two groups of teaching nurses on the comprehensive ability of nursing students.Results The theoretical performance and operational skill performance of nursing students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group's operating skills,organizational discipline,communication,and learning attitude scores were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The score of recognition of the teaching mode of the nursing students in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching mode of PBL combined with WeChat public platform can significantly improve the performance of nursing students,help stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of teaching and learning,improve the clinical nursing theory level and specialty operation ability of nursing students,and improve the quality of teaching work.At the same time,nursing students have a high degree of recognition.
