米氮平与小剂量阿米替林治疗脑卒中后抑郁症伴严重失眠的临床观察

目的:探讨米氮平与小剂量阿米替林治疗脑卒中后抑郁症伴严重失眠的临床疗效。方法:采用回顾性分析的方法,分析我院收治的脑卒中后抑郁症伴严重失眠患者临床资料,依据治疗方式不同分为米氮平组40例和小剂量阿米替林组30例。结果:米氮平组临床治疗总有效率明显高于阿米替林组,患者PSQI和TESS评分均优于阿米替林组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论:米氮平治疗脑卒中后抑郁症伴严重失眠的临床疗效良好,失眠症状改善明显,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

The Clinical Detection of Cerebral Apoplexy Depressive Disorder Companion Agrypnia by Mirtazapine and Low Dose Amitriptyline

Objective:To approach clinical curative effect of cerebral apoplexy depressive disorder companion agrypnia by mirtazapine and low dose amitriptyline.Methods:To retrospective analyze clinical data of cerebral apoplexy depressive disorder companion agrypnia,which was to be divided into mirtazapine group 40 cases and low dose amitriptyline group 40 cases.Results: The clinical total effective rate of mirtazapine group was higher than low dose amitriptyline group,the PSQI and TESS score were better than low dose amitriptyline group,P<0.05,the difference were statistical significance.Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of cerebral apoplexy depressive disorder companion agrypnia by mirtazapine was obviously,agrypnia proved obviously,adverse effect was little,which was to be used.
