| 摘 要： | 中国中医科学院图书馆在开展创新服务,为医院临床、科研及教学提供优质学科化服务的同时,对学科馆员的综合能力提出了更高的要求。笔者从提升学科馆员个人综合素质、发扬学科馆员团队合作精神、塑造核心价值、开拓创新发展及逐步完善机制、促进能力建设等四个方面,全面阐述了只有提升学科馆员的能力,才能更好地提供全方位、高质量、深层次的学科化知识服务。

| Abstract: | The library of Traditional Chinese Medicine has developed service innovation and provided qualified discipline service for clinical service, research and teaching and it required better comprehensive capacity to discipline librarians. In aspects of promoting personal comprehensive capacity, developing team work spirit, creating core value, innovating mechanism and improving team work, it concludes that only promoting discipline librarian＇s comprehensive capacity can better provide all round, excellent and deep rooted discipline knowledge service. |
