高海拔地区儿童先天性髋脱位126例治疗分析

从1970至1990年我科共收治1－13岁先天性髋关节脱位126例（157髋），随访82例（118髋）。结果表明3岁之内可行关闭复位石膏裤固定；3－5岁可采用骨盆旋转截骨术；6岁以上采用髋臼加盖成形或骨盆内移截骨术，股骨颈前倾角超过45°者可同时行租隆下旋转截骨术。对三种方法的适应症及注意事项进行了探讨，提出了自己的见解。

THE ANALYSIS OF THE 126 CASES TREATMENT OF CONGENITAL DISLOCATION OF HIPS IN CHILDREN AT PLATEAU

From 1970 to 1990,the 126 cases (157 hips)of congenital dislocation of hips were treated in our department. The Patients, age range 1 to 13 years old, among them followed up 82 cases (118 hips). The results indicated that the patients within 3 years of age should perform the closed reduction and the immobility with frog-leg cast were not available. The patients 3 to 5years of age per form the salter's osteotomy. The patients 6 years of age perform the Shelf's operation of hip or the Chiari's osteotomy. Anteversion of femoral neck over the 45 degrees should perform the subtrochanteric rotation osteotmy at the same time. In the article, the author suggested personal opinion, which concern the adaptabilities and the attentive affairs of the three types operation.
