| 摘 要： | 本文分析了１９９０年１月１日－１９９４年１月２８日在我院妇产科分娩的围产儿死亡率及死亡原因。根据分析原因，提倡加强妇幼保健，预防早产，矫正臀位，积极治疗孕产妇并发症和提高医护人员的诊治水平及助产技术是降低围产儿死亡的关键。 |

| Abstract: | The article analysed the perinatal rnortality and the cause of death in perinatal period in the department of Gynaecology and obstetrics of the hospital from Jaunary, 1990 to Jaunary 1994. Pointed out that the perinatal mortality of Xining district is higher than that of other flatlands district,Holds that the high mortality is connected with low oxygen pressuer,cold,dry and other factors on highland,Put forwards effective prevention measures. |
