单向活瓣补片技术治疗室间隔缺损并重度肺动脉高压—（附4例报告）

我院于１９９２年３月－１９９４年８月，采用单向活瓣补片新技术，治疗４例单纯或有其它心内畸形的室间隔缺损并有重度肺动脉高压患者，利用其术后短时间血流动力的缓冲作用，减轻术后因肺动脉压力及肺血管阻力下降不甚满意所致的右心负荷过重及低心排的不利影响，使患者较完全渡过术后早期而降低并发症及死亡率。

SURGICAL NEOPLASTY ON VENTRICULAR SEPTAL DEFECT WITH SEVERE PULMONARY HYPERTENSION BY UNIDIRECTIONAL VALVE PATCH

In Mar 1992 to Aug 1994,four patients who suffered from simple or complex ven tricular septal defect with severe pulmonary hypertension were operated with neoplasty method used one -way valve patch. Using hemodynamic buffer action in postoperative short-term can remit the harmful effects that were caused due to insuffcient decreasing of pulmonary arterial pressure and pulmonary vascular resistence results in hyperload of right heart and low cardiac output,therefore,these patients may be tide safely over the postoperative early-stage to decrease coinplication and mortality.
